Mr. Atal is a results-driven leader with 25 years of extensive experiencespanning E-commerce, Telecom, Textile, and Retail industries. As theFounder and CEO of Decibel India Logistics Private Limited, he hasstrategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drivesignificant business growth.

His specialized training in Lean methodologies, 5S, Kaizen, Just-In-Time(JIT), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Automation has a proventrack record of implementing continuous improvement practices. Acertified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, he is deeply committed to upholdinghigh-quality standards and fostering a culture of excellence. He’s acertified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt professional, equippedwith robust analytical skills to optimize processes and minimize waste.His experience with leading organizations such as Blinkit, Flipkart,Grofers, Reliance Jio, Reliance Communication, and ITC has refined hisexpertise in logistics, operational management, and team leadership.
